We have used Steve at Holborough Taxis for the first time this summer! The initial reservation process was very straightforward, the extreme plus point for me was a short text the day before departure just reconfirming the pickup for the actual day! Extremely reassuring! Promised time was exact as was the return pickup at Gatwick. All in all an outstanding, excellent service!

Recently travelled with Steve, to and from Gatwick, including a very early morning departure. Great communication, knowledge and service throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Recently increasing our family to four, meant we needed transport to and from the airport, including a pram. We have always got a lift, however that was no longer possible, needing more space, with a bigger family. Our research into taxis instantly landed on Holborough Travel. Steve had clear communication from booking and what information he needed from us. When coming to the pick ups and drop offs, they were always either on time or early. We were in comfort on each journey, and Steve always made pleasant conversations to feel relaxed in his spacious, large, and comfortable Mercedes taxi cab. Steve was professional, kind, respectful, and made the journeys extra smooth. Going forward, we will turn to Steve and Holborough Travel for future bookings. We will not look anywhere else now. Thank you Steve, and look forward to booking with you in the near future.

Was amazing from start to finish, perfectly on time and knew exactly where to pick us up from on the return leg.

Could not ask for more and a genuine pleasure to talk to during the journey. Thank you so much, we will 100% be using again and again

This service was fabulous and saved so much worry when my friend came to stay from Toulouse for the weekend. I don’t drive and was worried about the pick up and drop off and Holborough made it all so simple and seamless. Regular contact and assurances.
Thank you so much 😁
